El Dorado Trace Condominiums was built in 1980 as the developer's flagship property.
Set on almost thirteen acres with 294 units, the property includes four swimming pools, tennis courts and a
fitness center. The association commenced a long term upgrade of the property in 2004 with extensive work on the
buildings and amenities.
